brownie lovin’

as soon as I saw the description of this dessert on the menu, I knew it would be to die for ..

the ‘brownie sizzler’ from Toros Steakhouse (or my pet name for it El Toros) was one of my favorite finds in Manchester,

not just attractive in its presentation the brownie itself was chocolatey and milky. with the texture smooth in its simplicity it wasn’t unlike many I’ve had before

However, what was different about it was the sizzling, full of life, sixty percent unrefined cocoa base, warm, hot, and virgin flavored because of the baking time. It gave the brownie quite an unfamiliar tang.

Although the melted chocolate finishing proved somewhat bitter tasting on its own, paired with the whipped cream on top of the milky brownie, it was nothing short of a taste to write home about.

on that note, let’s hope you continue to eat vicariously through me,

xoxo
